While the temporary agency built its business and reputation using off-the-shelf software, its growth and a vendor-mandated upgrade left the company in a bind. “We just couldn’t get the upgraded package to work,” he explains. “We couldn’t clean up the old data, and because our database was so large, it operated way too slow.”
